General Partitions now offering Baked Enamel/Powder Coated floor mounted overhead braced partitions on a 3 working day shipment program.  Click on link above to see available colors. Material is restricted to the following standard items:

Doors 58" high : 24, 26, 34, & 36    Panels 58" high:  24", 36", 48", 57", 60", 61 1/4" & 72" 

Wall Hung Screens 48" high: 18" &24"  Pilasters 82" high : 1-1/4", 3, 4, 5, 6, 8,10, 12, 14, 18, & 24

Baked Enamel / Powder Coated on Galvanized Bonderized Steel is available in all styles for Toilet Partitions, Showers and Dressing Compartments. The economy and durability of baked enamel / powder coated  makes it the popular choice for new construction or remodeling. Periodic washing with a mild soap and an occasional waxing with a good automobile wax will keep the finish looking new for years

Panels & Doors - Double-Wall Construction -- Shall be 1" thick with two sheets, of galvanized and bonderized steel formed and, bonded together with honeycomb core.

Pilasters  -  Shall be 1 1/4" thick with two sheets of galvanized and bonderized steel, bonded together with honeycomb core.  Same construction as panel specification outlined above.

Floor Mounted - Pilasters are to be anchored to floor with standard threaded rod, hex nuts and washers to provide vertical adjustment and necessary strength.

Floor Mounted Overhead Braced - Pilasters are to be anchored to floor with heavy gauge angle. Top of pilasters to be securely braced with extruded aluminum headrail with integral crown loafer rail.

Headrail -To be 1 7/8" x 1 5/32" x 1/16" with integral crown loafer rail, extruded aluminum heat-treated and anodized with necessary fittings.

Ceiling Hung - Pilasters -- Pilasters are to be anchored to overhead member (which member is to be supplied by others) with standard 3/8" threaded rod, hex nuts and washers to provided vertical adjustment and necessary strength.

Hardware - Concealed latch, coat hooks & bumper, hinge brackets, and door stop and keeper  heavy casting nonferrous alloy, chrome-plated. Concealed hinge works on opposing nylon cams under spring tension. Top pivot pin, mounted within door having bearing points above and below hinge bracket. Stainless Steel and Chrome Plated Brass available at additional cost.

Fittings - Wall connection brackets for panels and pilasters to be high strength heavy chrome plated. Pilaster trim to be 3" high..031 stainless steel. All hardware and fittings to be secured with chrome plated one-way vandal-proof sex bolts or No. 14 plated-steel metal screws of proper lengths. Stainless Steel, Chrome Plated Brass, and continuous aluminum brackets available at additional cost.
